Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in presenting at ICHAC-14. We sincerely invite you to submit abstracts to the conference.

Submission of abstracts for ICHAC-14 should be made online by using the template.

Note:

Ø Oral talks, Flash talks, and Poster presentations will be selected when you submit your abstracts. Oral talks are normally kept for professors; Flash talks and Poster presentations are kept for postdocs and students. The presenters will be selected from the submitted abstracts by the advisory board. Please await our confirmation email.

Ø Each attendee is only allowed to submit one abstract.

Ø Submitted abstracts cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, you should delete the submitted abstract and resubmit.

Ø Each poster will have a display area of no more than 90 cm wide x 120 cm high.

Ø The deadline for Oral and Flash abstract submissions is April 1st May 1st, 2024. The deadline for  Flash and poster abstract submissions is May 1st July 1st,  2024. Late submissions may not be considered.
